One female fan who approached the reality star for his autograph said that the father-of-two appeared “totally wasted,” as “he was wobbly, his eyes were red and he was sweating like crazy.

“He started flirting with me,” the woman recalled. “I teased him about being drunk, and he freaked out — he got in my face and yelled, ‘I’m not f**king drunk!’ then staggered away to the beach by himself.”
