It’s Over! Pregnant Teen Mom Jenelle Evans Files For Divorce From Estranged Hubby Courtland Rogers

It’s been a little over a year since troubled Teen Mom Jenelle Evans and her husband Courtland Rogers were arrested for possession of heroin and each hauled off to jail but North Carolina’s draconian laws prevented the couple from filing for divorce until now and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she has finally submitted the papers to the court to dissolve her 16-month marriage.
The MTV star is pregnant with her baby daddy Nathan Griffith’s child, due in June, but has been entangled in a relationship with Rogers, whom she married in 2012 in a quickie courthouse ceremony.
A year of separation time has passed and Evans paid the $225 fee and filed the divorce papers in Brunswick County on Friday afternoon a source confirmed to Radar.
Charges were dropped against and Rogers served time in jail last year.
The 22-year-old has been expecting an engagement ring from Griffith and since she’s soon to be a single lady it’s time for him to put the ring on it.
“Nathan wants to surprise Jenelle with a ring,” a source told Radar.

“He plans to make her his wife.”
Now the couple just has to wait for a judge to dissolve their union so Evans can marry her baby daddy before their child is born.
