It has been almost a year to the day since Jenelle Evans and Courtland Rogers were arrested for possession of heroin and she told RadarOnline.com exclusively that she’s finally able to file for divorce as he bails out of jail AGAIN.
The troubled MTV Teen Mom, 22, married Courtland Rogers, in 2012 and the two embarked on a drug fueled relationship that culminated in their arrest and the complete breakdown of their relationship, but the laws in North Carolina prohibited them from ending their marriage until now.
“I’m ready to get him out of my life and move on with being Jenelle EVANS again,” the pregnant reality star exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
The law states that married couples must be separated for a year before they can file for divorce so Evans will be eligible to file the necessary court documents on April 24.
Rogers was just released from jail on Wednesday, April 2, after posting $6,000 bail and immediately returned to Twitter to brag to his followers that he was out of the pokey.
