Lisa Vanderpump’s swanky Beverly Hills restaurant Villa Blanca has registered a series of health department violations -- just six months after it was CLOSED for three days for “rodents, insects, birds or animals,” RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The most recent inspection by the County of Los Angeles Public Health Department was conducted on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s eatery on February 2, 2014.
The 90 rating is still an A, but with five violations it is a below the previous number -- 91 -- from the last inspection on October 1, 2013. The violations included:

- Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
- No rodents, insects, birds or animals
- Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
- Equipment/Utensils - approved; installed; clean; good repair, capacity
- Floors, walls and ceilings: properly built, maintained in good repair and clean
A source close to Vanderpump told RadarOnline.com: "The restaurant has an A rating and always complies to the health code."
The Villa Blanca closure occurred from September 16 to 19, 2013, following an 86 rating the restaurant received with a violation of “no rodents, insects, birds or animals.”

The October 1, 2013 inspection was listed as owner initiated, presumably by Vanderpump and Ken Todd. But the owners managed to rate a 91 and “no rodents, insects, birds, or animals” was not on the list. The violations included:

When the diner at the reality star’s restaurant found a piece of cardboard in her lobster and crab salad she promptly returned it, only to be given a second salad with another piece of cardboard mixed in with the greens.
At the time, Vanderpump denied the cardboard-in-salad controversy, saying: “This all feels a little strange."
She said Villa Blanca had served 27 crab and lobster salads that lunchtime “with no issue.”
