Aviva Drescher's book launch event for her new tome "Leggy Blonde: A Memoir" drew out many of the her Bravo besties, as head honcho Andy Cohen and cast members LuAnn de Lessep and Kelly Bensimon were among the faces in the crowd at New York City's Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa.
The 5-foot-10 stunner also welcomed in high-profile guests including cake maker Alexis Cohen, Live 4 Life President Melissa Sohn and Heather Abbott, a woman Aviva comforted in the hospital following the the Boston marathon bombing.
