This Old Spouse: Mary Kate Olsen Engaged To 17-Years-Older Boyfriend

Mary Kate Olsen is ready to say "I do … like older men." RadarOnline.com has learned that the 27-year-old is set to wed her 44-year-old boyfriend, Olivier Sarkozy.

The French businessman -- half-brother of former French president Nicolas Sarkozy -- recently popped the question and the child star turned fashionista said yes, according to UsWeekly.

The news follows reports late last year that Olsen had been seen appraising Neil Lane engagement rings.

The couple first went public with their May-December romance in April 2012, and have never been shy about flaunting their affection during PDA displays that were sometimes cringe-inducing.

Sarkozy's own ex, Charlotte, slammed the couple's relationship as "grotesque" and "not right" during an interview with the National Enquirer in 2012.

An insider said at the time, "Charlotte certainly won't want her kids to be around Mary Kate, who has a history of wild partying …"

But the duo has only grown closer since, even being spotted out on family days with Sarkozy's young daughter, who awkwardly towers over the diminutive Olsen.

Sarkozy divorced Charlote in 2010 after thirteen years of marriage.

Before him, Olsen was linked to New York artist Nate Lowman, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, and tragic actor Heath Ledger.
