Hollywood Shocker: James Brolin’s First Wife Claims He Cheated On Her During Their ‘Open Marriage’

Hollywood legend James Brolin is currently married to Barbra Streisand but an explosive new report in the National Enquirer claims that his first wife accused him of cheating on her multiple times during their “open marriage.”
Jane Agee stated in court documents obtained by the Enquirer that they couple had an “open marriage,” but she alleged that James had “numerous affairs during their union.”
Now starring on the hit television show, Castle, James, 73, was embroiled in a contentious split from his first wife, to whom he was married for almost 20 years.
Jane declared that the marriage eventually crumbled when he started dating someone else, Jan Smithers, who eventually became his second wife, but he met her while still married to Jane.
