Britney Spears and her current beau, David Lucado are adding to their brood.

The “Perfume” singer stopped by Star Yorkie in the San Fernando Vally on Thursday afternoon to shop for a new puppy, and RadarOnline.com has all the exclusive details.

The pop princess – who is a frequent customer – made an unannounced visit and “fell in love” with one of the miniature Yorkie puppies, the kennel owner said.

“Britney and David were friendly. She was in a great mood and seemed happy playing with the puppies,” the owner exclusively told Radar.

Spears spent about 30 minutes at the kennel playing with a teacup Yorkie named "Micro Diamond."

According to the kennel’s website, Diamond “is an absolutely gorgeous puppy with a personality that is a lot larger then her size.”

“In addition her puppy antics and puppy eyes will always put a smile on your face, no matter how bad your day is going.”

Spears must have expensive taste, as the adorable pup – the smallest of the teacup Yorkies -- costs $5,000!

Spears and her beau told the owners “Diamond” would be the perfect addition to their canine pals. (Britney has adopted two dogs from the kennel in the past -- one tiny Yorkie and one Maltese.)

“They left empty-handed, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they come back for Diamond,” she said.
