Dec. 19 2013, Published 6:14 p.m. ET
Katie Couric's talk show was canceled after just two seasons and it was a mutual decision, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The ill-fated daytime daily will end in June 2014, it was confirmed on Thursday when Couric and Disney-ABC released a joint statement.
"We’re very proud of everyone’s contributions to making Katie the #1 new syndicated talk show of 2012-2013," the statement read.
"And we look forward to the rest of the season."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Couric, 56, joined Yahoo! as a Global Anchor who will "report on live world events, anchor groundbreaking interviews with major newsmakers and thought leaders, and much more."
Couric reportedly took a considerable pay-cut for the gig, agreeing to $6 million per year compared to the $20 million she was raking in with ABC annually.
