The issue of whether Brooke Mueller will be allowed to spend Christmas with twin sons, Bob and Max is expected to be decided by a judge on Monday, who will issue a written ruling in the case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

RadarOnline.com broke the story that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services received evidence which cast doubts on Charlie Sheen's ex-wife drug treatment program.

Plans to give the boys back to the former reality starlet were then placed on hold.

Officials with the agency didn't think it was "a good idea for Brooke to spend Christmas with the boys because of the information that is now being investigated. The plan is for he boys to be with their current temporary guardian, Brooke's brother, Scott, for Christmas," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.

This has infuriated Brooke, who went to court last week and asked the judge to allow her to see the boys on the holiday.
