Just as her Robin Thicke fiasco was dying down, Miley Cyrus stirred up more controversy at Sunday's MTV European Music Awards at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, smoking a marijuana joint onstage after winning the Best Video award for "Wrecking Ball."
She said of the trophy,"I can't fit it in my bag, but I did find this," before lighting up the doobie in a sequence MTV deemed too outrageous, and censored for the broadcast in the states.
Earlier in the show, the 20-year-old twerked alongside a female dwarf backup dancer during her performance of "We Can't Stop," sticking her tongue out at the end of the set to the delight of her fans abroad.
The former Hannah Montana star enjoyed the area's liberal legalities when she arrived there earlier in the week, stopping off at one of the trademark coffee shops (which sell marijuana).
