Juicy Joe Back In Hot Water: Giudice Busted For Careless School Zone Driving

Montville, N.J. authorities cited Joe Giudice for the violation of careless driving in a school zone last week, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The citing officer believed Giudice was texting while driving in the Nov. 5 incident, Montville Township Administrator Victor Canning told ABC News, as the 43-year-old was observed swerving, when he detected law enforcement present.

The stocky hubby of Teresa Guidice could be on the hook for up to $200 in fines, as well as 15 days in custody, in connection with the violation.
Garden State records indicate Joe -- currently accused of fraud with his wife; and and using his brother's license, in a separate incident -- has had his license suspended 47 TIMES in 26 years.
