California Gurl Katy Perry Sells The Home She Once Shared With Ex-Husband Russell Brand For $6.5M

UPDATE: Like Katy's hit song, real estate deals run Hot N' Cold, and this one did, falling through. The pop starlet, in response, slashed $507,000 off her asking price, bringing it down to $5,988,000, according to our friends at Redfin.
Katy Perry has finally found a buyer for the Hollywood home she once shared with ex-hubby, Russell Brand, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details.
Listed at $6.495 million, the 8,835 square-foot home sits on 3 acres near the historic Chateau Marmont Hotel and although the trustee was first named as Brand when purchased in 2011, the home was transferred over to Perry in 2012 after the couple split.
