Katy Perry has finally sold the Los Angeles home she once shared with ex-husband Russell Brand, and we've got all the details for you right here on RadarOnline.com.

It includes amenities such as a pair of hedges to thwart those pesky paparazzi, a pair of guest houses, immaculate landscaping, and a lagoon pool with adjacent waterfall. Inside, the ROAR beauty's former pad boats ornate tiles, rod iron fixtures, curved ceilings and art glass windows.

While she's flush with cash from the sale, the singer still has bills to pay, as her new album Prism hits stores October 22.
