Former That '70s Show star hunk Wilmer Valderrama has listed his Tarzana, Calif. party pad for a cool $3,495,000 million and RadarOnline.com has all the details and photos.

At 5,039 square-feet, the gated home sits on numerous acres in an affluent suburb of Los Angeles that Wilmer, 33, purchased in 2005 for $3,525,000.

With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the home was a hot spot for Wilmer to throw parties — which eventually got him in trouble with neighbors who filed a lawsuit against him last year claiming the actor's loud noise, barking dogs and frequent parties affected his quality of life.

The house also features a 1,700 square-foot guest house at the back of the property, as well as a 2,300 square-foot multi-purpose structure.

There is a large kitchen with a huge center island, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, walk-in closets, a spa and fireplaces — but most of the house is in desperate need of an update, with wall-to-wall red carpeting in the family room.

The outdoor space is an entertainer's dream, with a huge roof-top deck, a $300,000 swimming pool and spa complete with waterfalls, a slide and Playboy-esque grotto, a tennis court that doubles as a basketball court and a regulation beach volleyball court.
