Pattinson, 27, is currently renting the $3.7 million home, which is modeled in the French Mediterranean style.
At 5,292 square-feet, the 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home features a sweeping stairway, oak sports bar, and a swimming pool and spa.
Famous faces who have previously inhabited the home include Gwen Stefani, Hilary Duff, and Britney Spears, which sits in a gated community in the 90210.
