Vince Vaughn is leasing out an apartment in his hometown of Chicago for a whopping $9,500 per month, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.
Set in the trendy River North neighborhood of the Windy City, Vaughn paid $1,425,000 for the townhouse in 2005 but quickly upgraded in 2006 with a $12 million penthouse on Chicago's famed North Michigan Avenue.
With 4,063 square-feet, the 3-bedroom home has 3 full bathrooms and 2 half with a 3-car garage and a custom-designed home theater with seating for seven, Trulia.com reports.
There are four flatscreen TVs with surround sound, hardwood floors throughout, a master bath with steam shower and a large rooftop terrace with sweeping skyline views.
Vaughn, 43, married Kyla Weber in 2010 and the couple is currently expecting their second child together.
