Kim Kardashian Breaks Her Post-Baby Silence: 'I'm Enjoying This Time To Fully Embrace Motherhood'

New mom Kim Kardashian spoke for the first since giving birth to baby North West more than four weeks ago, taking to her blog to thank fans for their well wishes.

"These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life," the 32-year-old E! star wrote.

"I'm enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family. I've been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes. It truly means everything to me. I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment."

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Kim came out of hiding late last week in Southern California, with her baby in tow.

According to an onlooker, Kim kept a low profile and avoided paparazzi by tooling around town in her nanny's car that was anything but what Kim is accustom to!

"Kim looks amazing, she really does. She's dropped a lot of the baby weight already...not to say she still doesn't have a ways to go, but she looked slim and was glowing," the onlooker revealed.
