Charlie Sheen Child Custody Drama: Brooke Mueller Faces Losing Her Parental Rights Immediately

Brooke Mueller is in grave danger of losing her parental rights of her twins with actor Charlie Sheen, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Social workers have determined that the troubled socialite ditched the sober living facility where she was seeking treatment and is now renting a nearby beach cottage in San Clemente, Calif., so her boyfriend can visit, a source revealed.
Mueller, 35, has temporarily lost custody of Bob and Max, four, while attempting to get clean. Sheen's second wife, Denise Richards, was granted temporary guardianship of the boys while she entered rehab for the 20th time.
Child protective services were "absolutely stunned that Brooke moved out of the sober living facility," an insider revealed.
"Brooke says she is still getting outpatient treatment at a clinic in San Jan Capistrano, but she isn't being randomly drug tested. Social workers are preparing a report for the judge in child dependency court and are going to recommend that Brooke's parental right be terminated, immediately.
"She clearly isn't taking getting sober seriously. She claims she had to move out of the sober living house because Brooke is a celebrity and a public person and couldn't get privacy.
"This flies in the face of reason and the Los Angeles County of Department of Children and Family Services feel its in the best interests of Bob and Max, to have Brooke's parental rights revoked."
As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Anger Management star Sheen was furious when he found out Mueller had moved out of the sober living house.
The former reality television star did not like the manual labor and chores asked of patients when she first entered rehab.
Though Mueller had enrolled in Betty Ford voluntarily , she didn¹t decide to make that move until after child protective services took Bob and Max from her after she was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold at the UCLA Medical Center.
Mueller was hospitalized because of a drug overdose.
A crucial custody hearing in child dependency court is scheduled for the end of July, but Mueller's lawyers could ask to postpone it so she can prepare to fight the allegations.
