Pharrell Williams is offering his Miami penthouse at a mega-discount -- $6 million, to be exact!
The high-pitched hip hop stalwart, currently atop the charts on Robin Thicke's white hot summer jam Blurred Lines, has reduced his asking price from $16.8 million to $10.9 million (for the same pad he initially paid $12.525 million for six years ago).
The 9,000 sq.-foot five bedrooms, six bathroom abode is three stories, overlooking South Beach's lush Biscayne Bay.
Other features of the palace include a pool private elevator, game room, a leather-lined home cinema, and floors lined with hardwood and marble.
