Rachel Uchitel -- the woman who was exposed as Tiger Woods' mistress -- has spoken candidly of her impending divorce to husband Matt Hahn, who filed papers to end their marriage on Monday.

"Very upset and p*ssed off," Uchitel told Rob Shuter of Naughty But Nice Rob.

"I would love to comment but my lawyers advise me to take the high road. Which is very hard for me right now because I want to just set the record straight. But for my daughter I will bite my tongue and let people say what they will."

Uchitel showed no sign of the separation strain on Tuesday, tweeting about her "beautiful day" in New York's Central Park with her little girl.

Hahn is is asking for custody of their one-year-old daughter, Wyatt, as well as child support and spousal support.

In a statement issued to RadarOnline.com on Wednesday afternoon, a rep for the former Celebrity Rehab star said: "While it remains Ms Uchitel’s desire to resolve this matter in a private manner, she will if necessary, with the assistance of her attorneys and public relations counsel, vigorously defend herself against Matt Hahn's false and defamatory claim of, 'cruel and Inhumane treatment.'"
