No Shame: Kim Zolciak Caught Smoking While Pregnant -- AGAIN!

Just two days after confirming she is pregnant with her fifth child, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak was spotted brazenly puffing away on a cigarette in an Atlanta suburb on June 27.
And it wasn't the first time. Kim, 35, was also photographed smoking in the early days of her pregnancy, during a family vacation to Destin, Florida, over Memorial Day weekend.
Kim has always been a notorious "chain smoker," her former publicist previously told RadarOnline.com. But according to the CDC, smoking during pregnancy can cause premature birth, low-birth-weight infants, stillbirth or miscarriage, sudden infant death syndrome, long-term lung damage to the baby, and even adolescent hearing loss years later.

Kim is visibly showing as she shamelessly puffs away in the new photos obtained by Radar.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is thought to be about four months pregnant by her husband, NFL athlete Kroy Biermann. The couple have two sons together, as well as Kim's two daughters from a previous relationship, whom Kroy recently adopted.
