It takes a lot of work to get your body ready to play a stripper.

At 44, Jennifer Aniston has one of the hottest bodies on the planet and isn’t shy about showing it off in her upcoming film We’re The Millers! The former Mrs. Brad Pitt didn’t spend her days leading up to the film lounging around her couch, instead, she was breaking a sweat with her longtime yoga instructor Mandy Ingber – and has all the details on her workout.

“I credit Mandy for my legs,” Aniston recently admitted. “I could never get rid of that little saddlebag, but I melted away.”

Aniston’s yoga guru recently revealed to People magazine that the former Friend, who used to be “more of a gym rat,” keeps her body banging by doing yoga with her three days a week and also eating a healthy and organic diet.

“Who doesn’t want longer legs?! She is very feminine, yet toned,” Ingber says about her client’s bombshell body. “Athletic and slim.”

“I don’t think she ever worried about it,” the movie’s director Rawson Marshall Thurber says about her stripper scenes.

"She got in great shape and worked incredibly hard for that sequence and it shows. I think people are going to watch it with their jaw on the ground."
