Hollywood heartthrob Chris Pine owns a $3.104 million Mediterranean mansion in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood -- and we've got all the details for you right here on RadarOnline.com.
The handsome leading man, 32, bought the property from My Name Is Earl star Jason Lee three years ago.
Sitting on 1.5-acres, the custom-built 2,200 square-foot abode boasts a number of luxuries you'd expect an A-lister to enjoy. Among them: a private spa, secret garden, outdoor dining area sectioned by glass walls, hardwood floors, a wine cellar and Zinfandel vines on the grounds.
In addition, the This Means War hunk also has on the grounds: a guest home, home office and panoramic views of SoCal staples like the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory.
Pine is primed to continue his success starring in Star Trek Into Darkness, which hits theaters Friday.
