Cape Cod is so last year for singing sensation Taylor Swift.

Swift, who recently made a profit from selling the Hyannis Port pad she bought near ex Conor Kennedy's family compound, has found herself a new summer home in the ritzy Rhode Island community of Watch Hill.

The 23-year-old reportedly scooped up one of the area's beachfront mega-mansions for a cool $17 million.

The fledgling music mogul, who first toured the house earlier this month, is reported to have laid down cash for the 11,000-plus square-foot estate which sits on 5.23 acres.

Judging by the just-released shots of the sprawling beachfront property, the Grammy winner will have plenty of space to entertain friends, family, and perhaps, a new beau this summer.

Swift doesn't appear to be wasting any time gearing up for summer either. Movers were already spotted at the house earlier this morning.
