UPDATE: The hearing has been continued to June 10.

Rihanna won't be at on-again-off-again boyfriend Chris Brown’s side Friday when the R&B singer faces a judge over allegations he didn’t complete his community service as required by his probation stemming from his 2009 beating of the Barbadian beauty, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"Chris thinks the D.A.'s wild accusations about faking his community service were way off the mark. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, will fight any attempt to have Chris do another 180 days of it in Los Angeles, as the D.A. has previously requested. Chris completed over 180 days of labor in Virginia," a source close to the singer told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

DOCUMENTS: D.A. Alleges Chris Brown May Have Lied About Community Service

As we previously reported, the judge ordered an investigation into Brown's community service after the D.A. alleged that he "failed to provide 'credible or verifiable evidence’ that he completed his court-ordered community labor."

As part of Brown’s probation, he was ordered to perform 180 days of community service and permitted him to carry it out in Virginia, where the singer has a residence.

Suspicion popped up about Brown’s completed community service hours because of alleged discrepancies in his probation reports and lack of documentation.

Brown's on-again girlfriend was with him during his last court appearance in February.
