Kim Kardashian’s baby bump is officially in full effect and she isn’t shy about showing it off in sexy style!

The pregnant 32-year-old paraded her baby-to-be with Kanye West around New York City on Monday, leaving little to the imagination and flaunting all of her famous assets as well as her huge burgeoning belly in a skintight black dress – andRadarOnline.com has the photos.

Joined by her sister Kourtney and mother, Kris Jenner, Kim, who only has a few more months to go of her pregnancy, clearly had Kanye on her mind as she paired her sexy frock with the crazy gladiator style “Cruel Summer” heels he designed for Giuseppe Zanotti that retailed for $1,625.

Pregnancy hasn’t been easy for Kim, who admitted to Ryan Seacrest that it has been a rough ride so far during a special interview that aired on Sunday night.

“I was waiting for this amazing experience where I could just do whatever I want, eat whatever I want, feel great, and it just hasn’t been that way,” Kim sighed about the baby she’s expecting on Ryan Seacrest with The Kardashians: An E! News Presentation. “I haven’t had morning sickness, so I’ve heard that I’m really lucky, and I feel lucky but it’s just really painful everywhere.” In fact, Kim cries all the time and says “Seriously It’s not even an emotional thing–it’s like a pain, physically.”
