Joined by her sister Kourtney and mother, Kris Jenner, Kim, who only has a few more months to go of her pregnancy, clearly had Kanye on her mind as she paired her sexy frock with the crazy gladiator style “Cruel Summer” heels he designed for Giuseppe Zanotti that retailed for $1,625.

Pregnancy hasn’t been easy for Kim, who admitted to Ryan Seacrest that it has been a rough ride so far during a special interview that aired on Sunday night.

“I was waiting for this amazing experience where I could just do whatever I want, eat whatever I want, feel great, and it just hasn’t been that way,” Kim sighed about the baby she’s expecting on Ryan Seacrest with The Kardashians: An E!
