Jennifer Love Hewitt is house hunting with her handsome Client List co-star and TV husband Brian Hallisay, but her unconventional to-do list includes home first, baby second THEN a wedding, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The 34-year-old unlucky in love star -- she’s dated a slew of Hollywood hunks, but has never had a long-lasting relationship -- even claimed, “I'm not cursed in love,” but her friends say she still doesn’t want to jinx her latest romance.
“Jennifer’s going to take an unusual route this time around,” a source close to the former Party of Five star told Radar. “She loves Brian to death and thinks he’s Mr. Right, but she’s being very cautious about what she says publicly.
"She and Brain currently live in her condo together, but they’re seriously looking to buy a house within the next few months and they’ve decided to start a family after that. Jennifer and Brian are on the same page – baby first then a big wedding.”
Jennifer and Brian, who first met on the set of Love Bites in 2011, play estranged couple Riley and Kyle Parks on the hit Lifetime network series.
According to the source, Brian, also 34, doesn’t want his relationship to be as public as Hewitt's past romances. The couple started dating in 2012.
Jennifer has dated a star-studded series of Hollywood hunks over the past decade.
She been linked to her former Blossom child star Joey Lawrence, The Voice host Carson Daly, singer John Mayer, actor John Cusack, That 70’s Show’s Wilmer Valderrama and her Ghost Whisperer co-star Jamie Kennedy.
In 2008 she called off her engagement to Scottish actor Ross McCall, who she also met on Ghost Whisperer.
“Jennifer is happier than she's ever been,” adds the source. “She can’t wait to set up house and start a family with Brian.”
