Glee’s sexy star Naya Rivera is a hoping to have something to really sing about after listing her Beverly Hills home for $2.1 million, after only paying $1.475 million for it just a year ago.
The young actress who plays Santana Lopez on the hit Fox musical is keeping her house flipping project in the family and hiring her real estate mother, Yolanda Rivera, as her listing agent, reported Trulia Luxe Living.
Located in a secluded cul-de-sac, the freshly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has a formal living area, a dining room overlooking the courtyard, a library that includes a wet bar, and master suite with dual walk-in closets and a built-in sauna and steam room.
Outside, the beautiful backyard includes a saltwater pool, jacuzzi and fire pit.
