Real Housewives of Orange County star, Vicki Gunvalson, has undergone a drastic plastic surgery makeover, and RadarOnline.com has photos of her new look as well as video of her going under the knife!

The 51-year-old - who was branded "Miss Piggy" in taunts by Gretchen Rossi's bad boy beau, Slade Smiley, who claimed she looked like the famous muppet - has had a chin implant and fillers injected around her nose and eyes.
In her bid to shrug off the cruel label and turn back the hands of time, the mother-of two splashed out for the cosmetic procedures just before filming the eighth season of the hit reality TV show.
But, she shouldn't expect to receive approval from her arch enemies, Gretchen and Tamra Barney, who are caught on camera in a new preview for the upcoming season bitching about Vicki's new look.
"I just want you to look at this picture and tell me what you think," Tamra says to Gretchen. "That's Vicki. Does she not look different, look at the chin? She got a chin implant."
They then mockingly compare her to Alexis Bellino's husband Jim, who also underwent a chin implant procedure -- before accusing her of having a nose job too.
The new season of Real Housewives of Orange County premieres on Bravo on Monday, April 1 at 8/7c.
