Nicole, 41, has been struggling with her weight since the unfortunate death of her father Ralph four years ago, but a combination of healthy eating, exercising and training for the new ABC competition show Splash has slowly whipped the mother of two back into shape.
Fresh out of the pool, Nicole looked slim as she sported bright capri pants, flip flops and a tank top.
In the pool, Nicole looked noticeably thinner in her sporty one-piece as she practiced her dives, sometimes strapped in with a safety harness while doing more complicated moves.
This isn't the first time Nicole has used reality TV to drop some weight — in 2010 she appeared on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club and lost a lot of weight, but then packed on the pounds when she became pregnant with her daughter later that year.
They will be trained by Olympic diver Greg Louganis and judged by the USA Dive Team Director and other Olympians — the show premiers on March 19 on ABC.
