The Can’t Be Tamed singer, who slammed reports on Wednesday that she and her Aussie fiancé were putting their nuptials on hold after an alleged cheating scandal with Mad Men actress January Jones, was snapped later in the day by X17 without her sparkling Neil Lane engagement ring – and RadarOnline.com has the photo.

Although Miley is clearly seen wearing two diamond bands on her ring finger in the photo, the dazzling 3.5 carat diamond engagement ring from Liam that was once nestled between them is noticeably absent.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported back in November 2012 that Liam was spotted “getting cozy” with a mystery blonde at a Samsung party in Hollywood, which was followed by Star magazine’s report that he hooked up with Jones at a pre Oscar party at the swanky Chateau Marmont in February.

“It looked like they had some hot chemistry,” reports an eyewitness at the event. “They were all over each other – and they even kissed!” a source dished to Star about the hot hookup.

Miley, who has gushed over her relationship with the Hunger Games star in several recent interviews, even referring to him as her “hubby,” blasted another report that surfaced this week that said she had split from her Hunger Games star.

“Liam and Miley are done,” a source told Us Weekly. “Miley put her career on hold to spend all her time on Liam. Now that she’s back recording her fourth album, he’s not happy. She says she’s over it.”
