Maria Bello Lists Historic Los Angeles Home For $1.85 Million, Take A Peek Inside

Maria Bello has listed her beautiful Venice Beach bungalow for $1.85 million – taking a hit in the process.

The Touch and Prime Suspect star originally bought the home in L.A.'s trendy beach district for $1.89 million in 2005.

The two-story Craftsman-style property has 1,759 sq. ft. and boasts three bedrooms and two and a half baths. There's a formal dining room, kitchen complete with an island, and an enclosed veranda.

The high asking price may have something to do with the fact that it’s located within walking distance of trendy Abbott Kinney.

In 2005, Bello, 45, sold a converted commercial building for $2.7 million to Incubus singer Brandon Boyd – also in Venice.
