Jenni "JWoww" Farley has never been bashful about showing off her fake boobs, but she usually keeps her plastic surgery scars under cover!

The Jersey Shore beauty, who got breast implants as a 21st birthday present to herself, flaunted some major sideboob in a sexy dress at a recent event, but apparently the well-endowed beauty didn’t realize she was also showing off the painful looking scars left behind by her cosmetic procedure – and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

The 27-year-old, who was famous for her scandalously sexy outfits on the reality show, hit the red carpet at Dusk nightclub in Atlantic City, New Jersey wearing a very revealing halter top with short shorts, a sheer skirt and a bright pink belt and high heels.

The top, which must have been taped on, revealed Farley’s fantastically large assets surrounded by a dragon tattoo, as well as an obvious looking scar on the bottom of her left breast.

Farley is engaged to be married to Roger Matthews.
