Sylvester Stallone's Mother Jackie To Have Open Heart Surgery, Exclusive Details

Sylvester Stallone's 91-year-old mother Jackie, has suffered a heart attack, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

She will have open heart surgery at an L.A. area hospital Monday morning, we've learned exclusively.

The Rocky star's tireless mom, who has worked as an astrologer, launched a skincare products line, and hobnobbed with celebrities for years, reportedly stayed overnight in the hospital after the heart attack and her husband, Dr. Stephen Levine, has been by her side.

Sly's 36-year-old son, Sage Stallone, died of a heart attack last year. And the actor's half sister, Toni D'Alto, died of lung cancer a month later. Sly's dad, Frank Sr. died in 2011 at age 91.
