Heavily tattooed celebrity Kat Von D is ready to make a life-long commitment and for once it is not in ink!
True to her usual gothic style, the newly engaged LA Ink star opted for a custom-made black diamond engagement ring featuring a double band and four small skulls nestling around the huge rock.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, techno music star Deadmau5 (aka Joel Thomas Zimmerman) popped the question to the raven-haired beauty via Twitter on December 14, with the romantic request: "I can't wait for Christmas so... Katherine Von Drachenberg, will you marry me?"
After accepting his proposal, Kat soon made her own big announcement on the social media site when she unveiled the eclectic creation. "Tonight, Joel put a ring on my finger -- Too taken aback by its beauty and its meaning to post a pic right now," the reality star tweeted, adding: "Doesn't get anymore official," with a photo of her new ring.
"The biggest thank you to The Great Frog London for handcrafting the most important ring I will ever wear," Kat Von D wrote.
On Thursday, the bride-to-be made another big decision in her wedding plans by asking transgressive singer and model Jeffree Star to be her "glitter-doused flower girl," to which he responded: "I would be honored!"
The news of the couple's impending nuptials came as a surprise to fans on both sides as it came just five weeks after 30-year-old Kat announced their split on Twitter. "Deadmau5 and I are no longer together," she wrote on November 9.
Things obviously changed and now Jesse James' former fiancee is getting ready for what will no doubt be a black color-themed wedding with her new love!
