Dancing with the Stars: All Stars contestant Melissa Rycroft was hospitalized in Los Angeles Sunday after she hurt her head and neck while rehearsing at CBS studios.
"Melissa was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where she is currently being examined," the 29-year-old Dallas native's rep told PEOPLE. "She was accompanied to the hospital by her husband, Tye Strickland, and her dance partner, Tony Dovolani.
"Everyone is taking all necessary precautions at this time."
The Dallas Cowboys cheerleader-turned-ABC reality star was released from the hospital Sunday evening, E! reported.
It was unknown early Monday if Rycroft, one of the eight remaining competitors, will be able to perform on today's show.
"Really concerned about @MelissaRycroft," Dovolani tweeted late Sunday. "We don't know if we are dancing tomorrow !!!!! Please keep us in your prayers."
Rycroft had her first child, a baby girl named Ava Grace, in February of 2011.
