Melissa Rycroft's Diva Drama

Their new reality show Melissa & Tye doesn't debut until tomorrow, but Melissa Rycroft is already getting bad reviews — from her own crew!
"She was a nightmare to work with," a source tells Star. "She comes off sweet on camera, but in reality she's not. She's a total diva, really moody and super high maintenance."
In her and husband Tye Strickland's new CMT series, Melissa tries to further her fame by enlisting the help of experts, including beauty guru Ann Merin. But "she isn't pleasant to the people who are trying to help her," the source says.
"She won't take any of the advice people give her on the show. No one thinks she has what it takes to make it in Hollywood!"
Bachelor alum Melissa married Tye in December 2009. The couple have a daughter, Ava, 14 months.
