From the sassiest singers and most bootylicious reality stars to silver screen sirens, stars hit the red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday night for the annual Black Entertainment Television Awards, dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in a special feature.

Beyoncé lit up the night, showing off her fabulous post preggers body in electrifying fashion. The hot mama rocked a leg-baring neon yellow Stephane Rolland Couture gown, which she perfectly paired with Givenchy sandals and Lorraine Schwartz bling.

Other best dressed babes included Kim Kardashian, who looked white hot in Tom Ford and Mariah Carey, who showed off her hourglass figure in an embellished strapless.

Chaka Khan didn’t quite hit the high note in her trendy, super slit gown. The music legend couldn’t pull of the sexy style – or the red streaks in her hair!

As for wacky, Nicki Minaj slithered around backstage, wearing skintight snake pants with Christian Louboutin heels and a bolero top, while Jaden Smith channeled LMFAO with his zebra pants.
