Most reality stars try to extend their 15 minutes of fame for as long as possible, but don’t expect Bachelor couple Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson to slip into their swimsuits for a pie eating contest or kiss-a-thon any time soon.

The pair were asked to appear on the summer spin-off show Bachelor Pad 3, which starts filming next week, but have no desire to rush back in front of the cameras, WetPaint Entertainment exclusively reported, despite being begged by producers.

“They wanted them together, as a couple,” a show insider told WetPaint. “The producers worked them really hard. They knew getting Ben and Courtney would add a huge dose of sex appeal and controversy to the show.”

Sadly for ABC and the show’s fans, the controversial couple gave them a hands-down no.

“Ben and Courtney were both in firm agreement. Neither of them was happy with the way The Bachelor was edited to make it look like Courtney was this huge villain and Ben was a fool for falling for her,” revealed the source.

Aspiring model Robertson confirmed that they were shunning the show with a simple tweet saying, “Nope,” when asked if she was going to move into the Pad, while boyfriend Ben was far more direct in his dismissal: "Not in a million years,” he wrote on Twitter.
