Self-promoting personality Phoebe Price hit the Cannes Film Festival Wednesday, but it wasn’t her incredibly tacky attire that garnered attention! The worst dressed reoffender exposed her private parts, getting out of a car in a super short dress without any panties on – and RadarOnline.com has the shocking photos.
The fame-hungry redhead, who hit the opening night premiere of Moonrise Kingdom earlier in the evening, did not seem to have a care in the world as she exited the car with her legs spread apart, blatantly exposing her lady parts for all to see.
The only thing more starling than Phoebe’s indecent exposure act, is the fact that she was invited to the swanky French film festival in the first place!
