It doesn’t get much cuter than a fluffy little puppy, and Miley Cyrus’ little bundle of joy wins top dog in our books!

The Hannah Montana star premiered her new pooch to the world in a series of adorable Twitter pics on Wednesday, when she made the announcement that she had recently rescued the Rottweiler Beagle mix.

“Meet Happy!” 19-year-old Miley announced to her followers. “He was left in a box in front of Walmart. I don't understand how people can be so cruel. That's why we named him Happy.”

The proud new momma clearly didn’t want to be away from her brown eyed baby for long, and the pup joined her on a whirlwind day of pampering at the hair salon before hitting some swanky boutiques.

Pictures of him lying on a designer purse and draped over Miley’s arm alongside her watch show just how small the pup is, who doesn’t even look big enough to be away from his litter.

Happy is already breaking hearts in Hollywood, and one photo shows him leaning in for a kiss from a little white dog with the caption, “Puppy love.”

Miley has already proven she is a dog-lover by buying the other man in her life, Liam Hemsworth, a dog named Ziggy earlier this year.

"Got Liam THE best bday pressie ever!" she tweeted on March 1, holding the floppy-eared darling, who now has a little brother in her life!
