Julie Andrews Sells Her L.A. Home For $2.65 Million

Just a month after she listed the place for sale, Julie Andrews is already in escrow for her romantic Los Angeles home. She had listed it for $2,649,000.
The 4 bedroom, three bath, 2,574 sq. ft. house is located in L.A.'s celeb-packed Brentwood neighborhood.
There's a pool and spa, and an artist's studio above the garage. The quarter-acre property was also famous for its stunning gardens, designed by Nancy Powers.
Andrews had shared the home with her husband Blake Edwards, who died in 2010.
