Jennifer Lopez flashes a lot of skin -- and fake tattoos -- in her steamy new music video for Follow the Leader.
The steamy 5-minute video starts in Acapulco, Mexico with a topless Lopez, covered in tattoos, slinking out of bed.
J.Lo then embarks on a sexy game of Follow the Leader with reggaeton singers Wisin y Yandel , who are also featured on the song.
