Who was dressed to rock and shock at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards?

Hollywood’s hottest stars flooded the red carpet of the annual event in Las Vegas on Sunday night, scoring fashion wins and committing style sins in the best, worst & wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details!

Carrie Underwood usually sticks to safe, metallic a la mode, so we were pleasantly surprised to see her step out of her comfort zone in totally dramatic fashion. The country darling dazzled in a princess-worthy Oscar de la Renta frothy gown, which she paired with silver peep-toes, a jeweled clutch and Johnathon Arndt jewels.

Forget your pants? Miley Cyrus showed off her slimmed down figure, leaving little to the imagination by wearing only a Jean Paul Gaultier tuxedo jacket with Christian Louboutin heels and Jacquie Aiche bling. We know that Miley recently dropped lots of weight due to her gluten-free diet and Pilates workout, but she didn’t have to hit a red carpet nearly naked to show off the results!

As for wacky, Dancing with the Stars pro Lacey Schwimmer looked like she got her style inspiration from My Little Pony and Snooki, looking too-tan in a sliver of a dress, which was made worse with the addition of her multi-colored hair and manicure.

Other style scores included Taylor Swift in Elie Saab and Alicia Keys in Alzzedine Alaia Couture, while Katy Perry missed the mark in Blumarine and Nelly Furtado experienced a major black bra under a white dress blunder.
