Sylvester Stallone's moves in the real estate market are almost as fast as the former Rocky star’s quick feet in the boxing ring.
After buying a 5,173-square-foot Mediterranean home in the desert of Palm Springs, California in 2010, the actor and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, put the house back on the market in November 2011, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the stunning property, courtesy of our friends at Zillow.com.
Since then the asking price has actually been raised by $200,000 and now includes all furnishings in the 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathroom two-story home.
Located in the LaQuinta area of the city, the Mediterranean-style villa is in a gated community called the Madison Club and boasts a T-shaped main living/dining/entertaining space that includes a capacious 32-foot long "great" room with double-height wood ceiling, wood floors, and a carved stone fireplace.
