Singer and songwriter Gavin DeGraw lives in Hollywood, but not the one that you’d expect! The man behind the One Tree Hill theme song calls Hollywood, Florida home, reported Zillow.com, where he lives in a modest white-walled bungalow built in 1958. The 3-bed, 2-bath home features 1,700 square feet of living space within easy access of downtown and lake-front beaches. Priced at $365,000, it’s a good deal cheaper than any house in the California city of the same name.
Melissa Gilbert’s home is far from a Little House On The Prairie. The former child star bought a house with now ex-husband Bruce Boxleitner in 2005 in Tarzana, California for $1,260,000. Unfortunately, as their marriage fell apart, so did the real estate market and it is currently listed at $975,000. Built in 1955, the ranch-style home has 5-bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms and sits on a sprawling lawn on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Host Brooke Burke’s mansion with husband David Charvet is nicknamed ‘Chateau Charvet’ due to its French chateau-inspired design and an expanse of rooms to accommodate the couple’s four children. Located in Malibu a short distance from the ocean, it was recently listed at $12,500,000, but has since been taken off the market.
