Sunny southern California has been the location for aspiring suitors wanting to win the heart of one lucky Bachelorette for the past seven seasons, but now that the woman of their dreams hails from Charlotte, North Carolina, the show has moved east, and RadarOnline.com has photos inside the real life bachelor pad.
The house in Bachelorette Emily Maynard’s home town that will be used in the season eight premiere of the ABC hit show is currently on the real estate market for $3.9 million, reported Zillow.com, via the king of spoilers, Reality Steve.
Built in 2006, the house has been on the market since 2008, in which time the price plummeted from $7.89 million to it’s current listing of half that.
The property’s listing agent Nicholas Peters confirmed that his brokerage has a home being used by ABC, however, he said “by contract, the owners and agents can’t disclose the address.” Once filming wraps up, ABC will give the brokerage the green light to share the address and actively market the home.
The 12,000 square foot European-style mansion with stucco and stone exteriors offers plenty of room for Emily and her aspiring 25 suitors in the 6 bedrooms and 8.5-bathrooms, while high-end finishes in granite and marble, outdoor kitchen, billiard room, playroom, exercise room and pool are perfect for entertaining and a ballroom even makes the ideal spot for a rose ceremony.
A spiral staircase will let Maynard make grand entrances at will and secluded alcoves protected by huge marble pillars means there’s lot of places to hide for intimate chats or private plotting.
