Whitney Houston's body remains in the Beverly Hilton Hotel and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that her close friends and family, including 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina, are in the hotel room right now paying their last respects.
According to numerous sources close to the family, Los Angeles Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter entered the hotel room where Whitney's body remains around 9 p.m. PST and he is investigating alternate routes to get her body out of the hotel since a helicopter is unavailable.
Whitney was pronounced dead in the hotel at 3:55 p.m. PST after her bodyguard, Ray, found her and placed a 911 call at 3:43 p.m.
While Clive Davis throws his annual pre-Grammy party, many fans have gathered outside the hotel to pay tribute to the I Will Always Love You singer by laying flowers and lighting candles.
Davis began the party by saying, "Whitney would have wanted the music to go on, and her family asked that the music go on."
